Do you have a price list?

Prices for our primary service, Bespoke Blooms, are totally tailored to your requirements so there are no set prices and you will receive a fully itemised quote following consultation. Our pricing is based on the flower varieties you choose, plus the size, style and complexity of design.

We have a price list and booking form for our collection-only service, Designer’s Choice, which you can receive by getting in touch through our contact form.

How far in advance should I order my wedding flowers?

Ideally, you should book your wedding flowers around 9 to 12 months before your wedding date. We book a limited number of weddings and events each year (and just one per weekend) so we advise booking early to ensure your date is available.

How do I arrange a consultation?

Simply get in touch with details of your event and we will respond within 48 hours to book your consultation. We hold in-person consultations at our home studio in Lichfield or we can schedule a phone call if you don’t live locally.

What should I bring to my consultation?

Before attending your floral consultation, ideally you’ll have booked your venue, chosen your dress and bridesmaids’ dresses and decided on your colour palette. We also request your floral budget in advance of your consultation so we can design a floral concept in line with how much you want to spend.

Please bring along photos of your dresses and floral inspiration, so we can get a feel for the style of your wedding. If you have a Pinterest board, please email a link through in advance.

How much should I budget for my wedding flowers?

Start by deciding how important beautiful fresh flowers are for your wedding day. If you’re looking to cover the basics only, such as bridal party flowers and table centrepieces, allocate around 10-15% of your overall wedding budget. If you want lush and abundant flowers to form a significant and memorable part of your day, consider a floral budget of around 20-25% of your overall spend.

Most of our clients spend between £1,500 and £5,000 with us, although some spend less, some more.

Can you deliver my wedding flowers?

Yes. We offer a delivery and set-up service on the morning of your wedding, dropping off at up to three locations – usually the bride’s house or hotel, church and venue. Our fees are determined by the event location and the amount of in-situ work required at the church/venue.

Do you provide vases?

Yes, or you can provide your own. We have a small collection available to hire, alternatively we can source whatever style you have in mind for you to keep so you can gift your table centrepieces after the wedding.

Do you have a minimum spend?

We request a minimum financial commitment of £1,000 (before delivery) for our fully personalised floral design service, Bespoke Blooms.

For couples who don’t meet this minimum, our Designer’s Choice service is the ideal alternative.

Can I provide my own flowers or DIY floral arrangements?

If you choose our bespoke service, our policy is that Bloom Fleuriste is the sole floral designer for your event and provides all fresh flowers and foliage. We insist on this to ensure high quality flowers and consistent design throughout.

Can you visit my venue if you’ve not worked there before?

Absolutely. We will happily visit your church and venue with you to discuss floral styling ideas. We recommend arranging site visits during the quieter months (September to April), as our availability is limited during peak wedding season.

What flowers are available for my wedding date?

We will discuss the seasonal varieties available to you during your personal consultation. Many flowers are now available year round but some are limited to specific seasons, such as peonies, anemones, hellebore and ranunculus, among others. If requested out of season, these varieties will be expensive and often poor quality, or not available at all.

Do you charge a deposit?

If you decide to book with Bloom Fleuriste, we request 25% of your total flower order as a booking fee to secure our services for your date. This fee is non-refundable and later redeemed against your balance.

The remaining balance is due no later than six weeks prior to your wedding date.

What venues have you worked at?

We have worked at many venues throughout the Midlands and beyond, plus marquee and teepee weddings in private gardens. Most recently, we have worked at Shustoke Farm Barns, Alrewas Hayes, Mythe Barn, Swinfen Hall, Hampton Manor, New Hall, Moxhull Hall, Ragley Hall, Mill Barns, Red House Barn, Compton Verney, Sandon Hall and Warwick Castle. Further afield, we have worked at Cripps Barn, Elmore Court, Euridge Manor, Kelmarsh Hall, Birtsmorten Court, Davenport House and Prestwold Hall.
